About the cards

Each deck has 30 cards.

Each card describes an unlikely scenario that can help start real conversations about end-of-life planning.

Choose 2 or more players (ages 12 and older). It is recommended to keep the group smaller—but include as many people as you like!

How to play

Shuffle the deck and place it face down in the center of the table.

The oldest player goes first and picks the top card.

The player reads the question out loud. Everyone around the table provides their answer.

The player with the card decides which answer was the most actionable and awards that person the card.

Proceed clockwise, taking turns drawing and reading cards. A card will be awarded after each turn.

The game ends when someone collects 5 cards!
